Join us for a refreshing outdoor yoga session at West of Wise Winery, led by local-certified instructor Thelma Hinton. This one-hour, all-level slow-flow class begins at 2 PM and is designed to welcome everyone — from beginners to seasoned yogis.

Yoga will be held outdoors with a lovely view of the pond, creating the perfect setting to breathe deeply and embrace the season. In the case of inclement weather or cooler temperatures, we will transition into our beautiful new indoor space. Please note that space is more limited indoors, so we encourage you to sign up in advance to reserve your spot.

Thelma will guide you through a gentle flow that allows you to come as you are and leave feeling empowered, refreshed, and inspired. After class, stay and enjoy time to visit, unwind, and sip your favorite West of Wise wine.
